PASTRY KITCHEN & CHOCOLATE ROOM
Accommodates students comfortably, to produce breads, pastries and desserts using international standard kitchen equipment, mixers and utensils. Pastry rooms are separated for preparation and cooking. All equipment and kitchens are designed to meet international food safety and hygiene standards as well as generate truly outstanding baking results.
The fabulously-named room is designed specifically for creating chocolate art. By nature, it is a purpose-built cold room (with temperature stable at 18°C – 20°C).
