Custom-designed for students, this is an outstanding culinary practical-teaching area. Featuring international-standard design that meets food safety and hygiene requirements properly, this area also incorporates a high technology demonstration screen and 5 full equipped working kitchen benches.
PASTRY KITCHEN & CHOCOLATE ROOM
Accommodates students comfortably, to produce breads, pastries and desserts using international standard kitchen equipment, mixers and utensils. Pastry rooms are separated for preparation and cooking. All equipment and kitchens are designed to meet international food safety and hygiene standards as well as generate truly outstanding baking results.
The fabulously-named room is designed specifically for creating chocolate art. By nature, it is a purpose-built cold room (with temperature stable at 18°C – 20°C).
It is very important for students to understand the origin of their raw ingredients, and how to handle and prepare properly. Our butchering classroom is purposefully designed to facilitate student education. Students will learn everything they need to know about carcass-handling, and meat, seafood and poultry cuts.
